Georgia State College of Law and Georgia State University are currently soliciting nominations for this award. Even inventors, businessmen and entrepreneurs may be nominated, along with those in the legal professions. Nominations should be made by February 16, 2009 to iplegends@gsuip.org with name, bio and reasons they should win.
The Annual “Take Your Adversary to Lunch” program of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Litigation Section will take place during February with a drawing for gift cards for both adversaries on March 13, 2009. There are classes for Heavyweights, Welterweights, Featherweights and Lightweights. Enter by March 5, 2009. Contact the Atlanta Bar at www.atlantabar.org.
